What is PALAV?

Palav, a traditional Central Asian dish, originated in ancient Persia and made it all the way to Southern Spain as a dish known as Paella! This flavorful meal typically includes long-grain rice, carrots, onions, and meat, often lamb or beef. Each region adapted the dish with unique touches, but the core ingredients remain consistent. Palav's rich history and cultural significance make it a staple in Central Asia cuisine.
